New and Renewing Members
Membership in the Park Shore Association is open to residential property owners within the legally platted Park Shore subdivision. This includes single-family homes, condominiums, and villas. Property owners may purchase a household membership for use by tenants, but the membership remains with the registered property owner.
Eligibility: By completing the following membership online form, the applicant verifies that they own property inside the Park Shore Association Areas. View map for eligibility. View Map
Processing Time: When your membership is processed, your assigned block captain will be notified to make arrangements with you to deliver your two (2) allotted membership cards.
Refund Policy: No refunds are allowed.
New Park Shore Association Members: Please note there is a one-time initiation fee of $500.00 plus the annual dues of $300.00.
